Molding The stacked layers are heated, pressed, and trimmed to the desired shape.
Surface Processing The surface is prepared by sanding, polishing, and drilling.
Finishing The steps included in finishing are coloring, bonding, and UV graphic printing.
Edge & Assembly The stage of installation of edge covers, creation of the handle, and gluing of the paddle face with the handle is known as the edge & assembly.
Quality Check Examining for cracks and bubbles, weighing, measuring thickness, and testing bounce and durability are part of the quality check process.
