You submit your customization intention through the official website, email or dedicated customer service.
Our designers will communicate with you 1 to 1, learn more about your ideas (patterns, text, color preferences, special requirements), answer questions, and provide professional suggestions (such as design draft feasibility, color effect estimation), and confirm the final design style with you.
Exclusive production：
The confirmed design draft is transferred to the exclusive customized production line.
According to your choice, the corresponding technology (printing, engraving, etc.) is used to make it accurately.
“One minimum order" means that your customized racket will receive the same craftsmanship and quality standards as bulk orders.
Strict quality inspection and factory delivery：

If you decide our pickleball paddles aren't right for you, you can return them within 7 days of receipt. Returns outside of mainland China during this period may incur a fee. You can contact us by email to request a return. We'll send you a return shipping label with instructions for how and where to ship your package. Returns without a prior return request may not be accepted. Once your return is reviewed, we'll automatically refund your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
Warranty and Damage:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your pickleball paddle is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. If the product is damaged or damaged during shipping, we will replace it.
This Warranty is Void If:
